It was with a great deal of sadness that I learned last night of the passing of Bonnie Deekon, executive director for the Cambridge and District Humane Society for the past 21 years.

Saturday June 16th I took a walk up Dickson Street in Galt Cambridge. The road was closed to traffic. Instead of cars there were vendors. It was the Cambridge Celebration of the Arts.
