Happy Birthday Mom.  Mom would have been 94 today.  

Today is also the birthday of my youngest nephew. 

Then there is a girl named Tara from Sarnia Ontario that is celebrating her quarter century today. Turning 25 is a big deal for Tara. You see, Tara has Cystic Fibrosis. 

But today she is celebrating in Toronto and she won’t even remember most of it. She’ll be unconscious. Tara has just been wheeled into the OR in Toronto for a double lung transplant.  She’s been waiting a long time for this day.

Tara is getting a second chance to live an active life because somebody was generous enough to BE A DONOR. That one person kind generosity will take a tragic situation and make it a miracle day for up to 8 recipients.
